Term of Use and Privacy Policy

This agreement will be between you the "Customer" and World Strollers, LLC. World Strollers continues to be the sole owner of all of their rental equipment. World Strollers is not offering the product for sale, and the customer is not buying the equipment. The customer acknowledges that the equipment should be for personal use only. By signing and accepting the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms given below.

RENTAL FEES AND RESERVATIONS

Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time of booking through the website. World Stroller will confirm your reservation by email within 24 hours. The Customer should contact World Stroller if a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of booking online or by phone. The colors of the products may vary from the images shown.

DROP OFF LOCATION AND TERMS

At the time of booking, Customer will specify the name and location of the resort, hotel or vacation home in the Orlando area, where the rental item(s) will be delivered and collected. If the customer needs to change the place for delivery or collect, please contact World Stroller to clarify.

RENTAL RETURN

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all rental items are available for pickup at the designated resort, hotel or vacation home at the date and time specified on the reservation. All rental items must be returned at the entrance to the house or at the resort registration desk or hotel listed in the confirmation email. At no time any rental item must be left in guest's room after check-out. Leased items left in the rooms will incur a $ 50 recovery fee. The customer is 100% responsible for the availability of items at reception for pick up. Rental items being returned from holiday homes, we prefer that someone else be available at the vacation home to deliver the items. (Please note: If the pick-up is scheduled for a return in the morning, pick-up can take place from 7 am to 10 am, depending on location.

DAMAGES OR STOLEN ITEMS

The Customer will accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in Customer's possession. The Customer is responsible for paying the full replacement value of any item rented under this Agreement if it is not returned to World Strollers within 48 hours of the end of the contract. The Customer also agrees to authorize the cost of replacing each lease item(s) with Customer's credit card in case the lease item(s) is not returned. In the event that an item(s) has been recovered after the customer has been charged, a full refund of the replacement fee will be issued to the Customer.
